The Burch Force Main Replacement project will provide improvements to the sanitary sewer system from Archwood Road, south of Crestridge Drive, extending north across Interstate 394 to Wayzata Boulevard. Construction will begin summer of 2025 and be completed fall of 2025. Information on road closure dates and detours will be communicated in the future. Subscribe for updates to stay informed.

    Work on Archwood Road has been temporarily halted due to an equipment failure experienced by the City’s contractor. The contractor anticipates having the equipment repaired and back on site the week of Sept. 1, allowing work to resume that same week.

    The project remains on schedule to be completed within the original 8 to 10-week timeframe.
