UPDATE: Following a further review by staff, the proposal does not require a variance application. The sign proposal is subject to the sign plan, which the proposal meets. As a result, the project is no longer scheduled for a public meeting.

The City of Minnetonka proposes a sign variance to increase the dynamic sign area on the monument sign at 14600 Minnetonka Blvd. The existing monument sign has not been updated since 2005 and would see a revamp to match the rest of the signage on the civic campus.

Public Comment

All submitted comments will be provided to the relevant decision-makers for this project prior to action being taken. This includes members of the planning commission and city council and city staff.
