Council to consider community facilities study May 6

The Minnetonka City Council will be asked to consider and accept the final community facilities study at its May 6, 2024, regular meeting.

The community facilities study explores the current and future uses of four Minnetonka recreation facilities, incorporating feedback from more than 1,000 community members. The council reviewed a draft of the plan at its April 15 study session.

The final study will be a guiding document to determine potential future investments in our recreational facilities with a wide variety of potential options for the four facilities studied. Acceptance of the study does not approve future projects but helps staff prioritize what projects to advance and pursue funding for in the future.
