Application submitted

An application has been received for Elevare 2nd Addition, a redevelopment of the single-residence properties at 2503 and 2505 Plymouth Road. The project will remain two parcels with one residence each, but the proposal requests a lot line shift to the east, an easement vacation and floodplain alteration. No variances have been requested.
