Application submitted

An application has been submitted for redevelopment of the existing Boston Scientific site at 10700 Bren Road West. As proposed, the existing buildings would be demolished and a new 225,000-square-foot industrial building would be constructed. Tenants have not yet been identified. The proposal requires: (1) an amendment to the site's existing master development plan; and (2) site and building plan review.
