Concept plan submitted

Kwik Trip, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a concept plan review for 9800 Minnetonka Blvd., 9820 Minnetonka Blvd., 3119 F St., 3112 Gizmo Lane and 3100 Gizmo Lane. The concept plan involves demolishing the existing gas station and four homes to construct a new Kwik Trip Convenience and Fuel Store.

This project is currently undergoing concept plan review. The planning commission and city council will view the proposal and offer feedback to the applicant, who may then use these insights to prepare a formal plan and application. No formal votes to approve or deny the concept will be taken at this stage.
