Council tables off-leash strategy

At its May 5 meeting, the city council tabled its conversation to adopt the Minnetonka Off-Leash Strategy and Guidance Plan. The plan proposes a phased implementation plan for Purgatory Park. The council plans to continue discussion at an upcoming council study session.
