September construction update

The Mills Twinhomes project continues to make steady progress, with site preparation now 70% complete. Infrastructure work will continue to move forward alongside the rollout of all 10 residential units:

  • Units 1 & 2: Construction is complete, and these homes are officially on the market.
  • Units 3 & 4: Exterior and interior finishes are wrapping up, with completion and sale expected in early 2027.
  • Units 5 & 6: Structural construction is actively underway.
  • Units 7 through 10: Groundbreaking for the remaining four units is scheduled for the summer of 2027.
