Application submitted

An application has been submitted requesting city approval of two items related to 1934 Oakland Road:

  • An amendment to the 2019 plat approval which create the lot. The amendment expand the development area outlined in this plan to allow for the construction of a pool.
  • Vacation of an existing drainage and utility easement, which would be replaced by a new easement.
