Application submitted

An application has been submitted requestion a subdivision of the property at 2213 Oakland Road into two lots. This proposal is the second addition to Oakland Woods Estates. Oakland Woods Estates was approved in early 2026 for a two-lot subdivision on the property directly north of this site. Both proposed lots meet all minimum lot size and dimensional standards.
