An application has been received requesting a subdivision of the property at 2203 Oakland Road into two lots. In 2024, this property had a similar proposal named Oberg Estates. This proposal will change lot lines from those approved under Oberg Estates and therefore requires a new subdivision approval. Both lots will meet all minimum lot size and dimension standards.
