Application submitted

An application has been submitted requesting a sign plan to allow two wall signs on the Marsh Run II apartment building at 11816 Wayzata Blvd. The proposed signage will identify the apartment building by its new name, “Vale”. A sign plan is required to allow the signage as shown on the original project plans for Marsh Run II.
