Demolition permit approved

The demolition permit has been issued and work will begin this week.

  • Work is expected to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • No material crushing or grinding will be performed on site.
  • Haul routes:
    • Option 1 – Trucks will enter and leave the site on McGinty Rd W and head South to 494 (S) or 494 (N) off of Minnetonka Blvd
    • Option 2 – Trucks will enter and leave site on McGinty Rd W and head North to Hwy 101
