Concept plan review requested

Expanded Ventures, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a concept plan review for 5900 Rowland Road. The concept plan would demolish the existing office building and construct a new 100-135 unit, senior living apartment building.

This project is currently undergoing concept plan review. The planning commission and city council will view the proposal and offer feedback to the applicant, who may then use these insights to prepare a formal plan and application. No formal votes to approve or deny the concept will be taken at this stage.
