Revised plans received
Inland Development Partners has submitted a revised redevelopment proposal for the property at 11800 Wayzata Blvd. The revised plan suggests removal of the existing office building and construction of a four-story, 44-unit apartment building. The proposal requires approval of: (1) a master development plan; (2) final site and building plans, with a front yard setback variance from 35 feet to 30 feet; and (3) a floodplain alteration permit.
