Ridgedale Drive/Cartway Lane Improvement project

City Council will be asked to authorize projects located at Ridgedale Drive and Cedar Lake Road, during its March 23 meeting. Although these projects are in different areas of the city, they will be bided as a single project.

Council will consider pavement improvements and signal replacement as part of this project.

The meeting will be held on Monday, March 23 at 6 p.m. in the second floor Council Chambers at 14600 Minnetonka Blvd.

City Council will be asked to approve a resolution that would authorize work on Cedar Lake Road and Ridgedale Drive in 2026.The resolution includes the feasibility report, authorization of plans and specifications and authorizes the acquisition of easements in the project areas.

Although these projects are in different neighborhoods of the city, the scope of work is similar. These projects will be bid as a single contract.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at 14600 Minnetonka Blvd in the second-floor Council Chambers.

The engineering division will host an open house regarding the Ridgedale Drive/Cartway Lane improvements project on Thursday, Aug. 14 at 5 p.m. at the Minnetonka Community Center.
