Cedar Lake Road Improvement Project
The city is proposing street improvements along Cedar Lake Road from Hopkins Crossroad to Hwy 169. The project proposes improvements to pavement, damaged curb and sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, utility castings, traffic signals and pavement markings.
MnDOT will also begin improvements on the intersection of Cedar Lake Road and Jordan Avenue near the Hwy 169 interchange. This work is scheduled to begin in June of 2026.

With the closure of Jordan Avenue South, both on and off ramps to Cedar Lake Road from northbound 169 will be closed. Detour signs will be posted for motorists. View the detour from northbound Hwy 169 to Cedar Lake Rd. and the detour from Cedar Lake Rd. to northbound Hwy 169.
