Project Summary
The City of Minnetonka will complete sanitary sew improvements along Park Ridge Drive West and Live Oak Drive, west of Hopkins Crossroad. This project replaces a 53-year-old sewer force main from Sherwood Lift Station to the new force main that was installed at Live Oak Drive and Hopkins Crossroad in 2025.
Project schedule
Construction is scheduled to begin on or around Monday, Aug. 17 and will last approximately 8-10 weeks.

Traffic impacts
During construction, Live Oak Drive will be closed between Lakeview Lane West and Park Ridge Drive West to stage contractor equipment and materials.
Park Ridge Drive West and Live Oak Drive east of the closure will remain open to traffic. Access to driveways will be available, with the exception of short closures for pipe connections.
Follow construction signs and watch for traffic pattern changes. Drive carefully and expect delays.
Will I be assessed?
No. The City of Minnetonka does not assess for these improvements. The project is funded through the city's Utility Fund.
