Christopher Bollis of FBC Holdings LLC, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a concept plan review for adjacent parcels (4512 Williston Road, 4508 Williston Road, 14901 Hwy 7 and two unaddressed properties). The concept plan would demolish the existing homes and construct three buildings with attached dwellings (totaling 11 townhomes for the entire site).

Public Comment

All submitted comments will be provided to the relevant decision-makers for this project prior to action being taken. This includes members of the planning commission and city council and city staff.
