At its May 18 meeting, the city council provided feedback on a concept plan for the redevelopment of five lots located at the southwest corner of Williston Road and State Hwy 7. The concept plan involves demolishing the three existing homes on the properties and building three new multifamily buildings. A concept plan review is a chance for the council to provide feedback on a project before a formal application is submitted.

A concept plan review request has been submitted for adjacent parcels (4512 Williston Road, 4508 Williston Road, 14901 Hwy 7 and two unaddressed properties). The concept plan would demolish the existing homes and construct three buildings with attached dwellings (totaling 11 townhomes for the entire site).

This project is currently undergoing concept plan review. The planning commission and city council will view the proposal and offer feedback to the applicant, who may then use these insights to prepare a formal plan and application. No formal votes to approve or deny the concept will be taken at this stage.
